Reday Solutions LLC is a newly established, woman-owned small business (WOSB) dedicated to delivering program management, IT modernization, and strategic consulting services to federal and commercial clients. While the company itself is new, it is guided by the expertise of Michelle Reday, a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of proven experience supporting federal agencies and driving mission success.

 

We combine the agility and flexibility of a new firm with the depth of knowledge that comes from decades of leadership across complex, mission-critical programs. Michelle Reday

Michelle is a strategic leader with a distinguished career in federal contracting and program management. She has successfully directed and supported programs ranging in size from $5 million to more than $600 million, working with agencies such as FEMA, HHS, FDA, IHS, NIH, DHS, VA, and the U.S. Space Force.
